She creates an accessible synthesis of talk therapy with Experiential exercises & mindful awareness techniques to offer tools for Self growth. Diana believes lasting change comes through new experiences and offers tools to establish new ways of being rather than focusing on talk alone. Diana blends Talk therapy with trauma informed, body centered methods to offer tools for nervous system regulation, emotional well being and resilience in stressful times.

Holistic health is cultivated through awareness, relationship & new experiences. Experiential therapy and mindfulness establish new patterns of behaviour and perception, tapping into an individual's intrinsic health and wisdom.

Testimonial:
“It’s been a delight to know Diana and experience her lovely healing work…
Over the past ten years I’ve had the pleasure of receiving her Reiki sessions, Thai massage and Somatic talk therapy. The way she blends these modalities is so gentle and transformative. I’ve had the incredible blessing of receiving her somatic release work and had the joy of an epiphany that ended a cycle of physical violence for me as a result of her hands on healing sessions. She’s an incredible support! A gentle and extremely well versed healer that has the background of many healing modalities and life experiences that enable her to give a seeker just exactly what is required for deep healing. She’s also fabulous at organizing events and is a great support to other healers in helping them get their work to people who need them. She’s a great team player, healer and gentle, non judgemental listener. I’m so blessed to have had her by my side during many challenges.”
-Christine Machiraju, Ayurvedic Practitioner, RYT and Intuitive Reader.

“ I have been working with Diana for over a year in her individual yoga and somatic therapy sessions twice a week. Diana’s work with me has been very healing, incorporating meditative yoga, breath work, Hakomi body awareness and attention to alignment in yoga asanas. I have deeply appreciated our work together, Diana’s attentional space, and her ability to use language to guide breath, attention, and body alignment have been transformative. Diana helps me to mediate work-stress, assists me with remaining pain free, despite my arthritic hips, and assists me in remaining centered and focused on what is essential, improving my performance at work. I have also witnessed her individual and group work with about 50 different clients, from youth to adults, in our clinic. She offers truly transformational support to people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions. Thank you Diana.”
