Therapy Sessions

In our sessions together we will develop tools for you to encounter all parts of yourself, growing into a greater love
& appreciation for yourself as you are. We meet in the office, online or in Nature to create a program that works for you. Clients typically see major results in 6-8 weeks of weekly therapy.

I offer a mindfulness based and trauma informed approach which benefits those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions and self growth. Sometimes facing difficult memories, experiences & unknown parts of
ourselves can be scary. It is through the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship that you can face your suffering with compassion & support. Through the consistency of meeting weekly or biweekly you will see results.
Therapy can heal by
weaving together fragmented & rejected parts of ourselves, integrating them into wholeness. This frees up energy that
we can direct & focus in the ways we consciously choose.

Therapy is NOT:

-Rehashing old memories in great detail
-Dwelling on the past
-Feeling worse before you feel better
-Hard, long work

Therapy IS:

-Collaborative
-Enlivening
-Finding solutions

-Discovering new ways of freedom
 & ease in life

I offer:

-Radical Acceptance & non-judgement
-Consistent positive regard
-Compassionate presence & humor
-Eclectic & Holistic approaches

I have been trained in Mindfulness Based Approaches to Healing, Hakomi & Somatic based therapy, Family Constellations
Therapy
& Eco Psychology. These approaches help to trace challenges back to their source while staying present with current experiences. Bridging the two worlds of past & present brings integration & a wholeness of Self is developed.
We explore childhood, systemic & inter-generational wounding & how these experiences lay foundations for current mental, emotional & physical patterns. By tracing patterns back to their source & reclaiming present moment empowerment, we find you more freedom by creating new ways of being.

I have been trained in The Hakomi Method and facilitated Hakomi trainings for the past 5 years.

Somatic Psychotherapy is widely known as the most effective treatment for trauma. Everyone has experienced trauma, some more pervasive, some more acute. Trauma is held in the body & can be healed through the body.
